We accept returns only in cases of our fault. Please contact us before returning any items. Additionally, please note that we cannot accept returns in the following cases: More than 5 days have passed since the arrival of the product. The product has been used. The product's tag has been removed. The product has scratches, stains, or damages other than initial defects. Customer preference (such as mismatched expectations or incorrect sizing). Please note this shipping fee does not include any import taxes and/or customs duties. Q:Does SOY TEN APPAREL cover duties? SOY TEN APPAREL does not cover taxes or duties for international shipping. Q:Where does SOY TEN APPAREL ship? We ship to anywhere in Japan from our warehouse in Tokyo. We can also ship to Australia, but it's kinda expensive. Q:If I purchase multiple items, will they be shipped together? We typically deliver all items in a multiple product order together. However, your order may be subject to split shipment due to the available stock of your items and/or to allow us to process and deliver your order more efficiently. ◆Payment Q:What payment options are available for international shipping?
